Our Loan Process...

1- PRE-QUALIFICATION

Provides accurate payment and cash to close estimates. Shows sellers you’re legitimate.

2- SHOP

Use your prequalification letter to start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3- UNDER CONTRACT

With a home selected, we order the appraisal and prepare you for Loan Processing.

4- LOAN PROCESSING

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5- UNDERWRITING

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6- CLOSING

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
